Fleurs de Villes ROSÉ launches at RHS Flower Show Tatton Park

Fleurs de Villes ROSÉ launches at RHS Flower Show Tatton Park from 20th -25th July 2021.

The global show is dedicated to supporting breast cancer research and awareness through the creation of stunning fresh floral mannequins in rose pink, the symbol of breast cancer care and the prettiest shade of flowers. 12 talented local florists have been invited to create floral ‘haute-couture’ in a one-of-a-kind installation, in partnership with Ladurée, Miraval wines and H.R. Owen Maserati.

Fleurs de Villes ROSÉ launched at Bal Harbour Shops in Miami, Florida in March 2021 and presented in Vancouver last month with a 10-day floral trail through the city. It is set to tour major international cities including Sydney, New York, March 2021, and Toronto. Working with talented local artists, Fleurs de Villes combines a love of flowers with unique floral mannequins in striking designs, celebrating the best in world-class as well a rising talent.

“We are delighted to bring our ROSÉ show to RHS Flower Show Tatton Park this year; our shows are about celebrating creativity with local talent whilst raising awareness for a particularly important cause. We want to inspire and delight visitors, to make them smile and feel a sense of escape from all that is going on by allowing themselves to be uplifted by art and flowers.” Comments Karen Marshall, Co-Founder, Fleurs de Villes.

Fleurs de Villes ROSÉ at RHS Flower Show Tatton Park is set in a dedicated marquee housing the 12 floral couture mannequins as well as treats to indulge the senses including macarons from Ladurée and rosé wine by Miraval, plus a Maserati Ghibli will be on display, bursting with flowers. During the morning of Saturday 24 July, visitors will be able to enjoy floral demonstrations by some Fleurs de Villes florists in the Flower School on site, including Flower Crowns by Hubbard’s Florist, Seasonal Plant Wreathes by Prince of Plants and Floristry Wall Art by Sunnyview Flowers.

Floral artists from Manchester, Yorkshire, London and Sheffield have been selected for their creative interpretation of the brief, each florist brings a different approach to the mannequins drawing inspiration from a diverse range of narratives including French Royalty, Pride & Prejudice and the ballet to 1970s Freedom Fighters and the Can-Can.

RHS Flower Show Tatton Park is set in the glorious grounds of the historical estate, home to 50 acres of landscaped gardens. The first major outdoor event to be held in the North-West this year, bringing gardeners and plant lovers together to celebrate the ‘Summer of Love’, embracing the heart and soul of gardening and is full of life, colour and new ideas. From show gardens and talks, demonstrations, and workshops, it is set to be a great day out for all the family.

RHS Flower Show Tatton Park will run from 21 – 25 July.  Tickets can be purchased at www.rhs.org.uk/tatton

About the RHS

The Royal Horticultural Society, the world’s leading gardening charity, was founded in 1804 by Sir Joseph Banks and John Wedgwood. Our vision is to enrich everyone’s life through plants, and make the UK a greener and more beautiful place. This aspiration underpins all that we do, from inspirational gardens and shows, through our scientific research, to our education and community programmes such as Campaign for School Gardening and Britain in Bloom. We produce key publications, hold a world-class collection of horticultural books and botanical art, and sell the very best plants and gardening gifts.

The RHS is fundraising £40m to transform our gardens, outreach and education facilities, which includes redeveloping our flagship RHS Garden Wisley and opening a new garden, RHS Garden Bridgewater, in 2021. We are solely funded by our members, visitors and supporters. For more information visit:
