At 12.35pm on Tuesday 22nd February, officers performed a stop check on a man in the Queens Avenue area of Chester.
Following a search a quantity of class A drugs were found.
Ryan Holmes, 26, of Tennyson Walk, Chester was arrested and subsequently charged with four counts of possession with intent to supply class A drugs (crack cocaine and heroin).
He was remanded into custody and appeared at Chester Magistrates Court on Wednesday 23 February.
He was further remanded to appear at Chester Crown Court on Wednesday 23 March.
