The 2024 CBC Chester Charity Walk

Starting and finishing at Chester Racecourse, it’s a gentle Sunday morning stroll, of six miles (and a bit!) with the Club’s legendary refreshment stops en route - Mars Bars, Orange Juice, Bacon Butties & Coffee and finishing with a Gin & Tonic (after all, we are a business organisation!) and there will also be vegetarian and soft drink options.

To add to the fun, there will be a face painter for children - OK, for adults too if you must!

There will be prizes for the Best Behaved Dog (with a consolation prize for the Worst Behaved Canine) - these will be adjudicated by renowned Canine Judge, Ms Poppy Lowde-Barker.

There will also be a special prize for the individual who raises the most money for Charity.

The Registration process allows you to opt to raise funds for either the CBC Nominated Charities:

• Alzheimer’s Society (Cheshire)

• Save the Family

• Hospice of the Good Shepherd

• Chester Sexual Abuse Support Services

• Children Today

• Countess of Chester Retinal Scanner Appeal

...or your choice of Charity.
